I'm Karen, I live in Sydney, Australia, and I’ve been fascinated by Venice from
as early as I can remember.
My first chance to visit Venice was as a university student, when I had the
enormous privilege to spend several months working at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. I've been fortunate to return to Venice over the years to work on the Venice Biennale and to enjoy the city as a visitor.
The
more that I learn about Venice, the more intrigued I become with the city’s
ethereal, extraordinary beauty and compelling history.
